Documentary record of customer visit to thermos cup factory

Today, we welcomed a group of distinguished customers, they specially came to our thermos cup factory to visit. As a member of the factory, I feel honored to be with them to witness the whole production process of our thermos cups from raw materials to finished products.
First impression of the factory environment
As soon as the customer enters the factory gate, the customers are attracted by the clean and orderly production environment. In the spacious and bright factory building, all kinds of equipment are arranged in good order, and the workers wear uniform overalls, busy and orderly operation of the machine. The air is filled with a faint metal smell, which is the unique “fragrance” of our thermos cup.
Raw material inspection area
First, the customers came to the raw material inspection area. Here, each batch of raw materials into the factory must pass strict quality testing to ensure that they meet the national standards and our production requirements. Our quality inspection personnel use advanced testing equipment to make a comprehensive evaluation of the hardness, corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance of raw materials to ensure that only the best quality raw materials can enter the production line.
Prospecting the production process
Subsequently, the customers went deep into the production line and witnessed the production process of the thermos cup. From stamping and forming, welding and assembly, to spraying and drying, and finished product testing, every link has condensed the wisdom and sweat of the workers. From time to time, they stopped to watch, praising the advanced production equipment and fine production technology.
In the stamping and forming area, we use the high-precision stamping die to press the stainless steel plate into each part of the vacuum cup. These parts come in different shapes, but each is carefully designed and rigorously tested to ensure a perfect match.
The welding assembly area is the core of the entire production line. The workers use professional welding equipment to accurately weld each part together to form a complete thermos shell. In this process, they need to maintain a high degree of concentration and patience, because any minor flaw may affect the insulation performance and sealing of the thermos cup.
The spray-drying area is responsible for covering the thermos with a beautiful coat. Our spraying process uses environmentally friendly materials, bright colors and not easy to fall off. The drying equipment can quickly dry the sprayed thermos cup to ensure that the coating is uniform and smooth.
Finally, the finished product testing area carries out strict performance test and quality inspection for each vacuum cup. Only the thermos cups that pass the layers of tests can be packaged into storage and finally delivered to consumers.

During the visit, the customers not only highly recognized our production process and product quality, but also personally experienced our thermos cup products by ourselves. They have said that our thermos cup is exquisite in appearance, excellent in thermal insulation performance, convenient and quick to use, and it is a very recommended product.
